It is really hard to lose weight as it takes a lot of will power and discipline. With a weight loss routine, especially the following one, you can notice real results in no time. The following workout routine can be done by anyone as the exercises are simple.

*Basic Routines Exercises*

These exercises can strengthen the muscles. You need to start with four sets of 25 squats and two sets of ten push-ups. They can be done with the knees resting on the ground by raising the feet. In this way the upper body will acquire with continuous practice. It will help you develop biceps, deltoids and pectorals. You will notice the results immediately.

*Kettlebell swing exercises*

This exercise can help you lose around twenty calories in one minute. Keep the legs at a shoulder level and bend the knees. Grasp the weight with the arms to the front and then, swing from front to the back. Do this ten times in three sets and as you get in condition you can increase the amount.

*Bicycle exercises*

You need to pedal as fast as possible for one minute, slow down for the next two minutes and so on until thirty minutes.

*Legs lifts*

The lifts can strengthen several groups of muscles and one of them is the lower abdominal group of muscles which are the most difficult to develop.


Only one minute of this exercise can burn up to fourteen calories. It will boost the metabolism and burn excessive fat. Stand and jump by putting yourself in a lizard position. Be in a lizard position and jump until you stand. Do it five times in three sets. It will improve the physical appearance, help you lose weight and strengthen the whole body.
